What’s the deal?

You become a member of the Aries Crossing Family of CSA shareholders.  (That stands for Community Supported Agriculture)  

In addition to the satisfaction of supporting a local farm, you get delicious, sustainable, healthy food on three convenient pickup dates AND you get a discount.  Plus you won’t have to worry about where your next fresh pastured lamb dinner is coming from.  What could be better?

How does it work?

1.     Select one of our great packages- Give us your info and deposit

2.     Pick up Your First Share on scheduled pickup day - 2^nd pmt due

3.     Pick up Your Second Share on scheduled pickup day – 3^rd pmt due

4.     Pick up Your Third Share on scheduled pickup day

5.     Enjoy your meat and feel great about where it came from

         Simply pick your entire package at once.

When do I get my meat?

We will let you know exact dates as they get closer.

                        2 lbs Leg Steaks

                        1.5 lbs of Loin or Rib Chops

Half Lamb -20 lb   $199

Approx.            6 lbs of ground lamb and stew cubes      

                        8 lbs Sirloin Chops and Leg Steaks (or Leg Roast)

                        3 lbs Lamb Shanks

                        3 lbs of Loin and Rib Chops

Optional 2’x3’ natural wool rug add $120
